Spartan Showdown
The Spartan Showdown was a huge success! Tons of students, parents, and teachers came to support their teacher, friend, or child. The teachers won 54-51! Did you want the teachers to win, or the students? We want to know your opinion, so show your bias (social studies word!) on the polls page.
Basketball season recap
Basketball team: week two
The Spartans had a very successful week against Jackson Heights as we won three out of four games played. The Milwee boys Varsity team dominated and are looking very good this season. Spartan fans are on the edge of their seats waiting for what's next. The boy's JV team on the other hand is struggling. They have lost both of their games and look to turn it around next week and get a W. Both girls teams got a victory over the Bobcats and the JV team is now 2-0 and our best team at Milwee. Next week the boys come home and play South Seminole, and the girls travel to face the Hurricanes.
Basketball team: week one
Congratulations to the girl's JV basketball team! They defeated the Tuskawilla Golden Falcons. The Varsity team came up just short as they lost. The boys had to travel to Tuskawilla to take on the Falcons. Unfortunately both teams lost (Including a disappointing one point loss for the varsity team.) and move to 0-1 on the season. All teams look to improve next week when the girls again stay home and battle against Jackson Heights! The boys will finish their road trip as the also face the Bobcats on the road.
